Mitsubishi’s 10th and final Lancer Evolution arrived for the 2008 model year. It gained a new, more powerful engine, a revised suspension system, and a design inspired by sharks and fighter jets, according to the manufacturer. Mitsubishi canceled the Lancer Evolution in 2016, sending it off with 1600 Final Edition models based on the Lancer GSR; this car is number 1,544 of 1600.
Power comes from a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4, rated at 303 horsepower and 305 lb-ft of torque in stock form. Due to the modifications done to this Lancer, it likely produces more power, but a dyno reading was not provided to confirm. Power is sent to all four wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission, active center differential, and Mitsubishi’s all-wheel-drive system.
